Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the acupuncturist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, so we waive the first late cancellation. In addition, because we understand schedules are busy, we are happy to waive late fees if you rebook the cancelled appointment for the same week.
